    David,
Awesome and inspiring, man! Hey, are you going to be at Burning Man this year? I'm a relative novice at devil sticks and would love to watch you perform live and also get some pointers from you. If so what will be your location oin the playa?

    Peace, John
PS- I did get a little concerned about the dog who was walking a little too close behind you at one point in the video! :>0

David, it would be great if you came by Object Manipulation Concentration Camp at 4:30 and Arctic. I'd love to jam on stix with you! I think it will be fun to co-mingle our styles. There are a few things I'd like to show you with those bicycles/buzzsaws that I think will open up some interesting things for you. What is the street address of Artdogs?

I definitely advise anyone who can make it to meet Alien Jon to do just that. We have had a number of great geek out sessions with the sticks and poi this summer. Specifically one thing I think David and Jon should discuss is the buzz-saw turning stuff, so that you can move from a reverse to a forward buzz-saw while staying in contact with the baton with both hand sticks. You are ready for it David and it would really help to allow more accessibility to the spaces around your body. And with the rolling around on the ground stuff, that would look fantastic. The ground stuff already looks great but why not have more to work with.

          Have a blast everyone!

      John,
the invitation to Object Manipulation Concentration Camp is of course extended to you as well! I'll be teaching stix there, including the progression from single to double batons, so come by and jam on stix as well as all the other props we play with!

Alien Jon, Thanks. I'll definitely head over to see ya. Do you have scheduled classes? I didn't see any listing on the 'Playa Events Calendar' at

        playacal.burningman.com/week.php

FYI, you can make your own entry to that calendar if you want and maybe get some more folks for your classes.
        Cheers, John
